At Care India Foundation, we believe in a better future for others, especially the children of India. Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy, educated, and full of hope. Yet, millions of children in India face immense challenges every day—hunger, lack of access to clean water, inadequate healthcare, and limited educational opportunities. These challenges can force families into troublesome circumstances, and we want to change that.

Education is a cornerstone of the services provided by the Care India Foundation. The organization runs a well-structured educational program aimed at bridging the gap between these children and mainstream society. By partnering with local schools and educational institutions, Care India Foundation ensures that the children receive formal education and are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue higher education and future employment opportunities. In addition to formal education, the Care India Foundation organizes extracurricular activities, vocational training, and life skills workshops to foster all-round development. However, without sufficient funding and volunteer support, these programs are at risk of being scaled back.

Healthcare is another critical area of focus for the Care India Foundation. The children under its care receive regular medical check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment for any illnesses. The organization collaborates with local healthcare providers and hospitals to ensure that every child’s physical health is monitored and maintained. Nutrition is given paramount importance, with the shelter providing balanced and wholesome meals that cater to the dietary needs of growing children. Unfortunately, the rising costs of medical care and food supplies threaten to compromise the quality of care and nutrition provided.
Care India Foundation also emphasizes the emotional and psychological well-being of the children. Many of the children come from backgrounds where they have experienced significant trauma and hardship. The Care India Foundation employs trained counselors and social workers who offer therapy sessions, group activities, and a supportive environment where children can express themselves and heal from past experiences. However, the limited number of qualified professionals means that many children are not receiving the individual attention they desperately need.

Community involvement and awareness are integral to the success of the Care India Foundation’s mission. The organization actively engages with the local community in Dhubri, conducting outreach programs, awareness campaigns, and collaborative projects aimed at creating a supportive ecosystem for underprivileged children. By fostering a sense of community responsibility, Care India Foundation not only helps the children under its care but also works towards building a more inclusive and compassionate society. Despite these efforts, the lack of sufficient resources and support from the broader community hampers the effectiveness of these initiatives.
Care India Foundation is much more than just a shelter; it is a nurturing community where underprivileged children in Dhubri, Assam, can find hope, support, and opportunities for a brighter future. However, the challenges they face are significant, and without increased financial support, volunteer involvement, and community engagement, their ability to continue transforming lives is at risk.
Our Expansion:
To reach more children in need, we must seek grants from national organizations like UNICEF, save the Children, and other organizations to make a greater impact. We will also use our GoFundMe to help with this goal. We plan on increasing public awareness by using social media campaigns and community outreach programs. Additionally, a good volunteer program can increase the impact of Care India Foundation, increasing the need to work there. These strategies will help Care India Foundation secure sustainable funding, raise public awareness, and continue its work in transforming children’s lives in Dhubri.
